If your Evolution system fails or your staff experience any problems, BMS Solutions highly skilled helpdesk engineers and software support staff are here to help.
Hardware: We can resolve 80% of all hardware related calls over the phone or by taking control of your systems from our London HQ. If however we need to be there in person we will get one of our field engineers to you. Our hardware contracts have a 2 hour telephone and an 8 hour onsite response.
Software: We can resolve 99% of all software related calls over the phone or by taking control of your systems from our London HQ and the remaining 1% usually results in refresher training. Our software response times have a 2 hour call back response and an 8 hour resolve.
Online Support: BMS Solutions will take support calls in two ways, by telephoning our helpdesk on 0845 1234 051 or using our online support. To access online support click on the link on the top corner of this web page. You will need to register for this service, but once logged on you will be able to place a support call and get the daily pass code.
Reminder: BMS solutions helpdesk is open from 9:00am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday, Online Support is available 24hrs a day for the daily pass code but support response times are between 9:00am and 5:30pm. We do not take support calls via email unless they are a follow up from a call logged by phone or online.
