Training and ongoing use of the system
The main aim of any training department is to ensure that the customer they are training is fully conversant with the package they have bought. However, we at BMS Solutions prefer to take this relationship one step further. From the moment a bodyshop becomes a BMS Solutions customer, the training and support teams work closley with that customer to ensure that the installation, training and ongoing use of the system runs as smoothly as possible. This enables us to form a close working relationship with each and every customer.
We are also in the privileged position of being able to see how other bodyshops work, gaining experience of 'Worlds best practice' as we go. It is not uncommon for bodyshop managers to ask our advice on how to achieve the best from the system, their staff and their overall business.
Our training team collectively offers 30 years training and bodyshop experience ensuring that we fully understand the needs of our customers. Upon completion of initial training, our customers are placed in the safe hands of our support team. However, contact with the trainer is never lost and ongoing training and assistance is always available.
